Tickets are available through TicketMaster®, mail order, or by calling Nick Shafer at the Pizza Hut Park box office at 1-214-705-6714 (You must dial 1 from outside the Frisco area).  Ticket orders sent in by mail will be filled in the order received (based on postmark date).

This event will be held rain or shine.  No refunds will be issued unless the entire event is cancelled due to circumstances beyond the control of Frisco Stadium, LP.

Mail-in ticket orders received after Friday, September 21 will be held for pick-up at the Will Call window of the Pizza Hut Park Box Office.  The box office is located on the north side of the Stadium at Pizza Hut Park.  We are not responsible for delays in delivery of mail by U. S. Postal Service, so please order early!

Children 12 & under will be admitted free of charge for general admission only. All reserved and VIP seats require a ticket for that seat (children included). Parents who purchase reserved seat tickets and wish for their children to sit with them must purchase reserved seat tickets for the children as well. The entire family is welcome to sit anywhere in the general admission seating area.

All the parking lots on the west side of Pizza Hut Park (see diagram) will be available for free parking for Frisco Bluegrass Festival attendees on the day of the festival.  Click here to download a copy of the parking lot diagram.
