Pizza Hut Park opened in August, 2005 as the home of Major League Soccer team FC Dallas. The development of the facility was a joint effort involving Hunt Sports Group of Dallas, the City of Frisco, Frisco Economic Development Commission, and Frisco Independent School District. The stadium hosts FC Dallas home games, Frisco High School football games, several major concert events each year, and much more. We hope you enjoy the Festival, and hope you enjoy jamming in the Verizon Wireless Club!
Parking at Pizza Hut Park
All the parking lots on the west side of Pizza Hut Park (see diagram) will be available for free parking for Frisco Bluegrass Festival attendees on the day of the festival. Click here to download a copy of the parking lot diagram. Plenty of handicapped parking spaces are available in the Pizza Hut Park parking lots, so be sure to bring your handicapped parking credential.
Seating for Mobility-Impaired Persons
ADA-compliant wheelchair spaces and seats for mobility-impaired persons will be provided in the general admission seating area. Mobility-impaired persons will need only a general admission ticket to gain access to these seats. The seating will be on the field, so mobility-impaired persons will need to use the elevator in the northeast corner of the stadium to get down to the field level. Concession service will be provided at field level. Be sure to enter the stadium through the north gate for the shortest trip to the elevator and seating area.
Food and Beverage Service
No outside food or drink may be brought into the stadium at Pizza Hut Park. The Pizza Hut Park concession stands will be open all day, and a full menu will be offered in the Verizon Wireless Club. You may leave the stadium and return during the Festival if you wish to go to your car for any reason. Note that with the number of guests expected at the Festival, your car may be parked a considerable distance from the stadium.
